Case Managers

Seriously. Hire a lieutenant who can't do his Lt. job in the first place. Then he realizes he can't handle being a case manager and has to resign from that post and start over as an officer? What does that say about the HR out here and the 'supposed' leaders who are supposed to be 'teaching'. Doesn't look good guys!
And then a Case Manager who was taking in cell phones and chargers for EVER just getting caught, after being told she was being watched, taking cell phones and chargers in in a subway sandwich!? Are you frickin' kidding me?! Can you say "x ray machines Dumbass!"

When people like that do things like this, do they realize the danger they put others in? Do they even care? That cell phone can be used for things such as harassing their victims, making drug deals, etc. Sorry people, they're not just calling home to chat with their kids or have phone sex. Get real!

so they fired a Correctional Counselor, no word on why though, there's no telling. Looks like most of them who have been fired have began working at Wal-Mart, or Dollar General! Funny shit! will fill you in after i get some good gossip from the breakroom....haha!

STG (Gang investigator)

Hey! What do ya know?! Do as I say, not as I do! The STG officer apparently was making a lot of money on the side, taking cell phones and drugs out of contraband and selling it on the yard to inmates for cash....just another example of the fine people at CCF. Now who do they need to look at? Try his best friend...she handles packets up front, was the hearing officer. We know she was messing with three inmates she used to take in her office to 'rewind' tapes....nasty bitch! And his wife, in the kitchen, can you honestly believe she didn't know, or have anything to do with it? or help him get it all back out on the yard through the kitchen???? hmmmm....something to ponder...at least this investigator seems to be doing something besides sitting on his ass! Go Joe!! We're proud of ya!

Say NO to Drugs!

HA! Are you kidding me?! We have officers in here bringing in dope and cell phones every shift. Granted, things are getting better...but people need to be alot more security minded! I mean, we used to have a fat-ass female on B-unit bringing in ipods, tobacco, cell phones, etc just for the male attentin! Go to the bar Ho! Prison cock is not good cock! PLEASE! I mean, our K-9 officer works his ass off, and for what? Just to be told by the warden, that, basically, policy does not apply to him.....Here's the story.....A chic was sitting in visitation visiting with her man, when i guess the dog hit on her car, and by hit, i mean basically told the Sgt. that drugs were in the car. So she gets pulled out of visitation, everyone goes into the large conference room, she refuses to be searched, refuses to let her car be searched. She is informed that by policy the prison can call Cushing Police Department and have them search it. The warden actually takes the dirty bitches side and informs K-9 Sgt that they are not going to do that. Security minded huh? And they wonder why no one wants to work there!?

Where Do I Start?

How about the hiring process? What exactly does it take to be a Correctional Officer? Brains? Not really! As long as you can walk, (stumble, limp, etc) breath (enuff to move around the prison yard) and talk (doesn't have to be coherent, just enuff to call in count) oh yeah, and count...You to can have a job in the private prison industry! Pass a background check, and pee in a cup, you're good!

About the peeing in a cup, that's pretty much the only time you'll probably ever have to, the initial hiring. Unfortunately, they do not keep up on random ua's on the staff, or they would be pretty short handed!

We have ex-strippers, pot-heads, cranksters, and just plain old white trash working here...
